Dealers Auto Auction of Oklahoma City

Before you download the software needed, we must go over the rules of Online Ringman.

The dealership and/or representatives must be registered with Dealers Auto Auction of Oklahoma City prior to conducting online purchases. To request registration information contact at (405) 947-2886. Registration must be completed by 5:30pm the day prior to the sale.

Online buyer agrees to abide by all auction policies, procedures, and arbitration policies as outlined in the auction registration process.

The Owner of the dealership must request passwords and sign the application. The auction will verify the identity of the person requesting a user ID and password for Online Ringman.

Auction must approve all applications and will then assign passwords to authorized representatives as requested.

IMPORTANT: The owner and all authorized representatives must each sign a copy of the Online Ringman Auction Agreement and present it to the auction. Click here for the form.

The dealership assumes all responsibility for purchases made by its authorized representatives.

Security is the dealership's responsibility. DAA/OKC cautions owners/managers to keep tight control of user ID and passwords. Should an employee, who has access to the Online Ringman user ID and password, be terminated or the dealership no longer wishes said employee to make purchases online, it is the dealership's responsibility to contact DAA/OKC to void, change, and reissue a new user ID and password.

The dealership must make payment arrangements at the time of registering for Online Ringman. The auction reserves the right to review and approve these arrangements prior to each sale.

DAA/OKC reserves the right to limit access to Online Ringman services based upon each customer's payment status. Contact Auction Management for more information.

Bidding (live or online) will only be taken in $100 increments.

Once the auctioneer pronounces a unit sold, no further bids will be taken. Live bids from the auction floor always take precedence. Please bid early. Should auctioneer pronounce unit sold, Online Ringman may show that we accepted your bid. However, if a similar bid was accepted from the auction floor then the floor bid will be granted precedence. Online Ringman should show floor override. However, errors or omissions may occur. All purchases must be verified with the auction and related paperwork signed before the sale is valid.

All units purchased online will incur an additional $50 buy fee over and above the auction's normal buy fee schedule.

All Green Light units sold online are sold under general auction rules/policies. Therefore, for online purchases, as with ALL purchases, items arbitrateable after Sale Day will be limited to title discrepancies, frame damage, flood damage, and those items listed in auction policies as having an extended arbitration time limit. DAA/OKC recommends all online buyers to purchase a Post-Sale Inspection on Green Light units. These will be provided at a discounted fee of $50 and comes with a 7 Day Mechanical Guarantee. This may be requested by initialing the proper box on the Online Ringman Purchase Verification Form.

No vehicle will be released until all documents are signed, returned, and the method of payment is verified.

All forms securing the online purchase of vehicles must be completed, signed, and returned by 3pm Sale Day.
