To assure that your registration with our auction goes as problem free as possible, follow the following instructions.

1. There is an appointment of Dealership Representative to attend Ford Sponsored auctions in the links above. This letter must be copied to dealership letterhead and completed for each represetative you are listing on the registration form. This letter is required by the Ford Motor Company.

2. If you are set up with Ford Motor Credit to use the FMCC Signature Plan, you will need to contact your FMCC branch to fax us a copy of your Buyer Authorization Letter.

3. There is also a Power of Attorney in the links above. This is needed only if you are set up with FMCC to use the signature plan. The power of attorney allows Ford Motor Company representative to sign the signature plan on your representative's behalf. This allows you the privilege of not remaining after the sale to sign all documents.

2. We also require that you send a copy of your dealers license.

We must have all of the above forms along with our registration forms. If we do not receive all forms requested we cannot allow your representatives to buy or sell for your dealership. You may fax all forms to us at 405-943-8370.
